UCG Recovery Operations Ltd uses an AI-assisted receptionist to answer calls, respond to enquiries and collect information needed to arrange vehicle recovery and transport.

We may collect your name, contact details, vehicle information, pickup and delivery locations, and information you provide during your enquiry. Calls may be recorded, transcribed or summarised to manage bookings, maintain accurate records and review service quality. We will tell you at the start of the call when recording or transcription is enabled.

Relevant information may be shared with our drivers and service providers supporting our telephone, AI and booking systems to handle your request. If you choose WhatsApp, your messages will also be processed through WhatsApp and our messaging provider.

Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information or payment card details with the AI receptionist. You can request contact from a member of our team.
